MVIM Scholarship Award Recipients
The Motor Vehicle Industry of Manitoba Inc. scholarship banquet and presentations take place every June. Scholarships are awarded to secondary and post-secondary students preparing for Red Seal Certification as Automotive Mechanical Technicians; Automotive Collision Repair Technicians; Automotive Collision Refinishing Technicians; Heavy Duty Truck Transport Mechanical Technicians. Thank you to the individuals, families and corporations that have chosen to establish legacy scholarships, held in perpetuity by The Winnipeg Foundations, to assist today’s students – tomorrow’s industry leaders and skilled technicians that will keep all of us “on the road” in the future whether the vehicles be gas or electric. The commitment to learning to be the “best” and the pride that is apparent when the scholarship recipients speak of their work is truly inspiring. In addition to the annual scholarships which are open to the students each year of their schooling (recipients speak of the difference the scholarship has made through-out their training), MAC Tools also provides each recipient with a special offer for purchase of tools.
